I have ordered a smart watch on Aug 3rd, 2022 and they committed of sending shipping details via SMS within 24 hours and it’s been 3days there are no updates and there is no response on email/customer service number. At first before ordering they did as if they were genuine after ordering there is no response. I want my refund of 1799/- which I paid online
