I had ordered for a smart watch but yesterday received a useless bangle in the box through courier. I had paid 1999/= by Sbi credit card through Paytm. How Frauds are being allowed by Paytm . How to get refund ? Must report to the cyber crime cell.

I have placed an order on 07.06.2022 vide ID 2861, next day I have received the parcel vide amazon Tracking ID 278769125931 and the article delivered on 14.06.2022 by person named Md.Aleemuddin, he has given his Mobile No. 8125782515 to the payment. I have paid the amount through Phonepay for Rs.1999/- through SBI. When I have opened the parcel it was found that there are 4 plastic bancles I was surprised. I have unable to understand that whom to contact to get refund/replacement/damaged from Vista Technologies. Pl. cooperate with me and request to see that the amount may be refunded.

I have ordered fitplus smart watch in the site vista technologies through order ID 2861 placed on 7.6.22 through amazon tracking ID 278769125931 and it got delivered on 14.6.22 payment of the watch was through phone pe to a unknown person he told to pay and we got bangles in the order and now no one are responding and the site is also not opening this this is a fraud site and no customer care is also responding to us.

It seems this is a fraud company, I have ordered one watch and got a pair of bangles. There is no phone no of the company. I have to file a police complaint if I didnt get a valid response

It is to be mentioned here that your company is a fraud company whereby you are duping all customers and taking money by giving not working product. I have ordered a smart watch for price of 1999 and my order no. is 1611. the product was delivered to me but the product is not working and there was no charger. A china made product was sent to me which is not working. kindly take back the product and return my money.
