I have ordered a smart watch named Fitsense SW from Vista technologies and was delivered through shiprocket except that instead of the watch I was delivered with cheap bangles. It all looked
all legal as they kept sending that my delivery was in x y z location and would reach by this time and other things. It was delivered by an Amazon delivery employee and when asked about it not being the product we ordered, he said we just deliver it so you have to pay us now and can order for a return. We called the phone number mentioned in the bill and no one was picking it up. The return address is 399, PFT Allahabad. How can we ask them to take this back? Shiprocket should be really careful about the deliveries they pick up and not encourage such robberies and cheap tricks
