My self anand I placed an order for smart watch on vista technologies fitsense smart watch on 2/8/2022 after placing order I got the message about order placed on their what’s up and SMS, I got update about tracking, I called help line for delivery status. Firstly I got SMS that order will receive you on 9th Aug, 22 after that I receive SMS one day early delivery that is on 8th August 2022, then on 8th August 2022 your package picked up for delivery, in the afternoon I got delivery I paid through the GPay. When I opened the package I shocked by seeing the item. That is one small pillow. I gave details about wrong item received on their whats up number and I got reply we will deliver the watch tomorrow, but after that no any reply received from their end. I request to cyber crime to block their what’s up number and also their upi ID Fund collected by them from their UPI ID refund the same money to the customer who place the order. Everybody is waiting for their money so again request to take fast action against them.
Please help us and do the needful urgently
