I have a ordered a FitSense smart watch on 19th September and have received a wrong product instead on 26 September which was an empty box with improper packing and had made a payment of 2499 Rs. Please refund my money or send me right product. If not done so I will have to raise a cyber complaint instantly.

I received the wrong product, instead of a smart watch I received bangles. I have paid Rs.2499/-. There is no customer service numbers, if we can dial some nos not in use it seems.
