I had purchased a Canon Pixma printer for 4599 from VLE Bazaar and paid through UPI Easepay, the amount has been deducted and till date there is no update on what the delivery status is. If i call them they put me on a wait list for 10mins and if someone answers, they cut your call without much info…if i call again, it’s the same process, wait list, and incomplete answers. I have cancelled the order now and asked for a refund, they have provided a ticket but it all looks very sketchy. We need to raise an FIR against them as they seem fradulent and it’s shocking that they are looting people through a website that seems legal and in broad daylight. Who ever is behind this needs to be held accountable.
