I Booked item on 04.08.2022 and cancelled on 14.08.2022 due to not shipped till delivery date. Requested for refund amount on respective account but till date amount could not credited in Credit Card. I got penalty from Credit card due to refunded amount not credit in card. I celled at customer care number 9026655551/7669646817 5 times but not got solution.

Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.
