I have Orderd Phone – Mi 11X Pro from VLEBazaar.in on 26th January 2024. According to my order’s details, they have received the payment and the status is still ” Processing ” as of today – 05/02/2024 at 15:00 PM. Moreover I had contacted them 2 times where, at the first time i.e 30th January 2024 I was told the order is processing and will be shipped today and the courier tracking details will be emailed to my registered email address. The second time i.e. 2nd February 2024, I had to call them from different mobile number which they picked up and when questioned about my order, I was told that the order will be processed in next 2-3 days and the details will be e-mailed. Since then whenever I call them I have to wait (7-10 mins) every time in the que for them to pick up the calls. And when my turn appears they disconnect the calls.
