I am a senior citizen and wanted to purchase a refurbished Laptop. While searching on the net I came across the advertisement by VLE Bazaar of a Laptop costing Rs 15500, which was paid through my credit card. The Order reference was 268740. The delivery was promised in 5-7 days. However when the laptop was not delivered, I wrote emails to the Company asking for delivery. I was promised that the same shall be done in 3-5 days or soon.
However it is now almost 40 days and there is no reply from VLE Bazaar regarding the delivery or the refund I had asked for
It seems that their intention was to cheat and defraud from the very beginning by making false claims, I am also planning a Police Complaint against the Company and its Directors
I am a senior citizen and a retiree and this has caused me avoidable stress and trauma.
The Directors of the Compnay are Mr Himanshu Agarwal and Mr Aman Agarwal and the Company is registered with ROC Delhi
