Vlebazaar – About my Order 2913800 which they didn’t refunded me to original payment mode

I had ordered a HP GK 320 Mechanical Keyboard on VleBazaar. On 21/03/2024 the order arrived on 23/03/2024 but it was not in new condition and also I was not knowing that this website is so fake, after calling their customer care for 4th time they finally assigned Ecom Express Service for the return of the parcel and I told them to refund my amount to my original payment mode. The order literally took 4 day’s to arrive at their return centre at Gurgaon. As I recieved the email of the shipping services that my order has been received at their centre they didn’t refunded my amount to my original payment mode instead they refunded into their own Vlebazaar Wallet which I don’t know how to use. I’m irritated about their bad customer service.

How to file a complaint against Vlebazaar?

* Write Vlebazaar in company name section and write your complaint in detail
* Enter your personal information (email will not be published)
* Get refund / replacement / damages from Vlebazaar.
