This is by far the worst company I have dealt with. I had purchased a Monopoly ultimate banking game from them. When I opened the package, I found a different game that was sent and also the box was tattered and the game looked used. So I immediately called them and requested for a refund. I had to keep calling them almost everyday to get an update from them regarding the refund. I am not lying, I had spoken to the lm at lease 20 times over the phone. Most of the time the support person does not pick up the call and I would have to keep trying to reach them several times during the day. They do not act on the status unless you call and speak to them. Finally after calling them several times, I managed to get my refund after 40 days of initiating the return.
Never buy anything from vlebazaar. Lesson learnt!
