Vlebazaar claimed they are the fastest growing e-commerce startups in India. However, from my experience to date, they are nothing but a SCAM. I ordered my product on 20th July 2020 and done an online payment through Razorpay since they don’t have cash on delivery options. To add, the cost was ₹25999/- it has been more than 2 weeks and no updates on the product, no emails, calls, SMS from them. I tried every way possible to contact them with emails and calls every day, which in turn also leads me here. They won’t pick up calls, return emails or activate any form of support they claimed they have. I am at loss now for my pre-paid payment. I have all the order ID, payment ID and return ID with me. I hope the Govt. takes down their site and make them repay their debts to customers they had tricked.
