I ordered Samsung M30s Mobile from VLE bazaar and waited for 30 days and still did not get delivery. Raised many complaints and they were giving Covid19 as excuse everytime. Initially they were closing the tickets raised by me and later they did not even bother about it and kept copy pasting the previous responses. When I called customer care they gave all false promises. Fed up with the service I decided to cancel the product even before shipping and waiting for 1 month. Now, I have been waiting and doing follow ups for refund of money which they say will be deposited today or tomorrow everytime I call them. Such a ridiculous lousy and irresponsible people. Regret buying here.
