I ordered a Acer Aspire 3 laptop through VLE Bazaar. I paid full amount i.e; Rs 21,990.
My order No is 248967 . After payment i didn’t receive any confirmation of my order. They have Razorpay payment Gateway i paid through Rupay debit card.
I called on helpline no but it was on voicemail .
They didn’t replied my email too . It seems totally fraud.
If i will not get any updates regarding my order in two business days I will sue VLE Bazaar.
Respond ASAP .
If i dont receive the order id but payment is debited from my account razor pay,will they refund the money?
I had purchased Glide N100 neckband on 17/07/20 .
My order ID 234437.I had made also made the payment of Ts 1199.00.Payment was received by them from Razorpay.
Now they are not delivering the item nor are they refunding my money.Not sure if vle bazaar is genuine company. It is very risky to deal with them.
I am planning to sue them if they do not deliver my item in next 3 to 5 days.
