I have ordered (order id – 161004) mobile phone worth rs. 13,000 on 13th June,2020. I have already made full payment though even after so many days haven’t received the product nor any updates of the same. Tried calling helpline number hundreds of times but most of the times no one is answering. And whenever they picked my call they only gave fake future dates of dispatch and delivery of mobile phone.
Now I am really frustrated with this pathetic service of vlebazaar. I want my refund and trying to cancel this order but my orders details are not appearing in site while opting out cancellation option there.
If anyone can then please help to resolve this issue. Otherwise i will have to raise a complaint in cyber fraud department against vlebazaar.

This company, VLEBAZAAR is a fraud company, they are conning people every day they have to be stopped.
This is a fraud company, not getting any response and it should be informed to cyber fraud.
