I, Abhay Raj Jain, Prop. Curious School, 6-A, Mahaveer Colony, Dha Bhai Ji Ki Bari, Ashok Nagar Main Road, Udaipur 313 001 Rājasthān India, had paid ₹13,499.00 to VLE Bazar to buy a Canon MF3010 Digital Multi function Laser Printer on 26/02/2022, vide Order ID: #1438081 and Razorpay Payment Id: pay_J0dvhS5z50pDmc. The printer was not supplied him and therefore, I, Mr. Abhay Raj Jain asked him to refund the money.
He took 4 months to act on my request and still, he didn’t transfer the money back to the original source of payment. Instead, he had transferred the money back to the Vlebazaar wallet on 16/06/2022. Since then, I made 16 phone calls, registered many complaint tickets on his website, sent many emails, and communicated over whatsapp with him. I have always been assured of getting the money back to my bank account within few days but the same has not been done for last 7 months.
