Order placed for one mobile phone on 23.04.2022. Order id #1534928. Till date not received the order. I have e-mailed to know the status of delivery after 10 days of the order placed. Till date no response received from their end. Again after 2/3 days, after dialing 5/6 times a customer care attended and says it will be dispatched today/tomorrow. But no message received in the mobile number or in email. When i tried to reach customer care several times, the C.C asks me for refund and raising a request for refund which will be processed by 23.07.2022 (i.e. more than 2 months). It shows that all fraud activities are going on and an investigation must be initiated against it.
