Sir, Myself Sagar. S had ordered an Air fryer from Vlebazaar on 30th December 25, Order No: 4076353,They did not process my order for more than 8 days even after repeated calls and hence cancelled the order .
They promised me a refund in 5 working days which did not happen. After repeatedly calling them raising tickets on their email they again promised to refund my amount in 48 hours in the meantime they also conveniently changed their Customer Care number for calls and warp chat, I again tracked their new number and called them repeatedly and raised complaints via email, this time also they promised my refund in 48 hrs and mentioned that it’s on priority status.
It’s been 3 months now this company Vlebazaar has harassed me by denying my own money which I paid for the product in good faith.
I would like to raise a complaint with the consumer forum and the search engines who advertise these fraud companies.
I have learnt my lesson and I don’t want any other people to trap themselves in doing business with Vlebazaar.
