I placed your order on August 25, 2023. When I called my order status after ten days, they apologized for the delay and told me to cancel my order on June 9, 2023.

When I called back on September 18, 2023, after a delay of 12 days, they informed me that an additional 5 days would be needed. During consultation days, they had previously told me that my cancellation would be reimbursed within 7 to 10 days.

What’s happening when we shop online is that they take our money but fail to deliver the product, forcing us to cancel our order, at which point vle bazzar takes advantage and keeps the money for 30 to 40 days.
