I had seen the advertisement for ladies leather hand bag inviting the purchase order describing the description of the product as ATHENA 3 IN 1 PLCATED BUCKET SOFTLEATHER HANDBAG SHOULDER CROSS BODY BAG WITH THE PICTURE OF THE BAG SHOWING IN DIFFERENT DIRECTIONS TO DESCRIBE 3 COMPARTMENTS. I had placed an order for the purchase of 1 hand bag Brown in color under the impression that the retailer will deliver the hand bag matching with the the same description. The purchase order was placed on 11-10-2023. The Purchase Order No is: NNEKVS1058425. I had also prepaid Rs.1,179/= (Rupees One Thousand One Hundred Seventy Nine only) along with the purchase order. In pursuance to the said purchase order I received a parcel on 17-10-2023 shipped by VLT RETAILS, PLOT NO-122, BASEMENT D BLOCK, SECTOR 7. NOIDA , GAUTAM BUDDHA NAGAR-20130 WITH GSTIN: 09AATFV0877D1ZN. I had unpacked the parcel on the same day and I found on leather ladies hand bag brown in color. The Invoice Number is : Retail 11949 Dated 2023-10-12. I had checked the delivered bag and I am shocked to note the the delivered hand bag is not matching with the description given be the retailer in the advertisement for inviting the purchase order. In the advertisement the product was described that the bag will have 3 Athena (Compartments) in 1 bag. But the bag delivered to me is having only 1 compartment. I had placed the purchase order under the impression the bag will have 3 compartments with suitable covering zips. But I am very much disappointed to receive the bag with only 1 compartment. As the product delivered to me is not matching with the description made in the advertisement ,I am willing to return the product to the retailer with the request for refunding the amount of Rs.1,179/= prepaid by me. However I am not having the address of the location to where I can return and the mode of transport of the product to be returned. The e-mail id of the retailer is not provided in the invoice. Hence I am making this complaint for wrong delivery of the ladies leather hand bag which is not matching with the description shown in the advertisement. If I will come to know the correct address of the place where I can return the product, I am prepared to return the product with the request for refund of Rs.1,179/= which was prepaid by me.
