Dear Sir/Ma’am,
I have ordered for 2 dresses i.e. 2 Kurtisfrom vogue Styles, online shopping site. Courier got delivered at my home and we paid the amount for both the kurtis. After the delivery boy left when we opened it there was only 1 Kurti instead of 2. Also the kurti was not the one I ordered for.
I ordered for the first time from Vogue and it was depressing that it was not at all appreciating that such a company can do a big mistake.
I ordered for 2 kurtis and got only 1.
The one kurti which I received was not one of those I ordered for.
You are requested to refund the amount and take back that kurti which I have not ordered.
Kindly either replace the order or refund the amount.
I have so many times mailed them for replacement but still no reply from [email protected]
Hope to get justice soon.
