I have received two items for the above noted order. Firstly I have received wrong item, that I understand after opening the packet in the morning at 10.45 am on 30.09.2016 and for that I have to pay Rs.732/-.
Again in the afternoon your courier came to me and forced to receive another packet and also I have to pay again Rs.732/- and that was right item but I did not approved it and it was returned and I got refund Rs.655/-.
Please note that after so many times I have intimated through e-mail to Voonik.Team, the wrong item picked up by your courier on 08.10.2016. But they mail me on 08.10.2016 ” Our courier partners tried multiple times to reach you for the pickup of your return package for the order R0987383204, but they were not able to do so.” This is not expected from a reputed website like Voonik.
I think Voonik.com is cheating me. Their customer care also cheated me because they don’t talk anything after connect between me and them.
They are doing like a cheater web site. Be careful from Voonik.com

As a Voonik customer, please be assured that we have initiated refund for the Non Voonik order on Oct 15th, it may take up to 3-5 business days for your bank to credit the refund amount to your account.
