Hi,
Reference is made to my order no. R5263434403 for Scholl Velvet smooth Express Pedi Electronic foot file, against which Voonik has shipped a similar looking counterfeit product.
On my insistence to replace the counterfeit with original product, Voonik claims their policies permit them to indulge in the manufacturing/partnering/shipping of a counterfeit product if the ordered product is unavailable in the market however the policies do not permit them to arrange a replacement.
Reacting to the attempts by Voonik in intimidating me to return the product immediately and accept a refund, I am writing to reiterate my insistence on replacing the counterfeit with orginal product.
Voonik clearly violates not just section 486 & 468 but also in breach of trust or contract.
While the insisted replacement would be beneficial for Voonik, this replacement would help me in restoring good will on voonik and also build a strong relationship for the future.
