voonik – Delivered wrong product and all the products differ from shown on the website

Hi, I am sangeeta I recently made an bulk order of Rs. 4290 on Voonik website.
I am really unsatisfied with the service. I got a product i never ordered and the price of that product doesnt match anything in my order list. I tried to call them the entire day, noone answered the call.
And received two other dresses they are tottally diffrent from what i have sen online. Products looks like duplicate one. Not satisfied. I have cancelled the order. Not sure where it gonna land.
