I ordered one saree from voonik and they didn’t Deliver My ordered but sent a message to.me that your ordered delivered. I called to there customer care almost 6 to 7 times. Only one time line connected and he gave me courier person number. I called to him and asked. He told that he didn’t receive any parcel on that name and he didn’t xome to my apartment.

I sent a mail to them but they simply closed my ticket by giving the reply like order delivered check with your family and neighbours. What is this reply. If they don’t care customer they should not run the site. I sent a mail to courier company Xpressbees also buy nobresponse

This is my order number R2774383386. I don’t to whom I have to contact. Plz help me
