Voonik – didn’t Refund amount

I have purchased few top’s from Voonik, which totally appeared different from what i have purchased. So i have returned the product, and they have even accepted it, and they said that they have initiated refund on JAN 25th 2017. It’s Feb 21 2017 today, and i’m yet to receive the refund amount.

I have received all the refunds from JABONG, HOPSCOTCH and MYNTRA, but only from voonik i have not received it and they were asking me to check my bank giving some reference id. How come my BANK reject’s fund from VOONIK..are they a very special person to reject the amount from them alone?

I have sent an email to the Axis bank regarding this issue and awaiting for their response, for sure i know they would have not transferred it.
