Hi,
I purchased a Kurta from Voonik site. It was delivered after 8 days. I found that the fitting was not correct so they have a return policy of 15 days.
So within 2 to 3 days, I tried calling their customer care number. The number is incorrect means nothing happens when you call there. The options do not work. I raised a ticket through e-mail. In stead of calling me or doing anything, they have simply closed the ticket after 3 days. I don’t know what to do now.
Please help. The VOONIK site is just useless nobody should purchase from there.
