I oredered a product from voonik. After the delivery, I found that the product was not up to the mark. I asked for refund,however they tried their best not to refund me. then they sent me the mail that my refund has been done as voonik credit,whereas I mailed them my bank details so that I get the refund as bank credit. Such a fraud!
