The complaint is about Voonik online shopping.I had returned the product Kaavi Fab Maroon long Salwar Kameez on 8/9/16.They assured that they will be crediting the cost of it ie, Rs 999 in my voonik account.But my voonik credit shows 50 only which is equivalent to Rs 50.My order No is R406816158 and the Request I’d in the acknowledgment given on return of the product is P88319303.Kindly do the needful.

    My order number is R801860647 Dated 11/09/2016
    till date I am not received the materials and also tracking details not found in my record.
    what is the worst service. very bad.
