I had placed a return request for product of Rs.1299. After numerous follow-ups the product was picked up from my place. I have already provided bank details thrice. Now after so much of stress Ali received a message stating Rs.77 is refunded to my account. The product price was 1299 but I am being refunded only 77/-. I raised a complaint a number of times but no resolution. The same standard reply is given
