VRL Logistics – Courier is not delivering at doorstep

Hi, I’m regularly purchasing the Amway health products and shipping to JAMKANDI as my father stays, VRL staff always says we won’t deliver the delivary at door step… My father has a health issue and due to old age he can’t travel, could you please provide a good service or you can reject the Amway couriers it self when you can’t deliver.
