Dear sir,
I have approached this vvs infra group to sale my apartment in 2017 november and i have paid commission rs.50, 000/-. I bring a party and we wrote a sale deed with three months validity. The person who wants to buy my property is not taken my flat and dropped from sale deed.in this case i asked refund from this vvs infra group to pay my amount back. But he is refused to pay.
May i submit a complaint in this above aspect.

This firm seems fraud. I approached them for sale of my flat. Mr Sekhar of the firm wants 20K before proceeding anything. He said he will send his representative to see my flat only I pay him advance. Don’t trust them.
