Order ID: 19065 was used to place an order for two products, but only one of the two was processed and shipped. They did not have correct contact information, so I kept contacting them by phone and WhatsApp, but they didn’t respond. Finally, on April 13, 2024, (41 days later), I received a message stating that the same product would be delivered. On April 10, I had requested a refund and cancellation; however, that is when they actually shipped the product because they didn’t want my money back. Please see the snippet attached.
On April 13, at approximately 1:00 PM, the order was delivered, but I wasn’t home.
I requested a return on Monday, but these dishonest people aren’t taking the product back or giving me my money back.
After torturing me for a month to obtain the product, they are refusing to return it to me when I no longer need it.
The company’s policy, which is attached, explicitly states that products will be shipped within 10 to 12 days; however, the company is currently not abiding by this policy.
