I had ordered restro sport smart watch from watch hub on 6th Jan costing price of 1499. I received my parcel on 11th Jan but when I opened the parcel it was packed in layers of cover in which names of different person with different address was written and inside the box there was a toy watch. It is totally fraud.. I want refund of my money or else I’ll lodge a complaint to consumer forum

I had ordered Restro Smart watch from watch hub. The address given in the box is 512/ a 46 mohalla balli Near Nirwan Library Near Gas agency, north west Delhi.i had ordered the product on 6th January and received it on 11 th January. The product was layeredyin 6 covers where in each cover names of different person with different address was written. When I opened the box there was a toy watch inside it.
I want refund of my amount or else I’ll lodge a complaint to consumer forum.
