Watch – Initiate refund

The watch is not measuring heart rate, neither charging nor pairing and no Bluetooth visible, hence i request the concerned to kindly initiate refund as soon as possible. The watch Was delivered to me on 21 August, 2021 at 3:10 PM.

The wait was order from Complancencia to me on 21 August, 2021 at 03:10 PM and the same was unboxed within 20 minutes i.e. at 03:23 approx.
The watch have no Bluetooth visible, not charging not heart rate facility several other issues.
Thus I humbly request the concerned to kindly initiate refund for the above mentioned watch.
