I had ordered a Fit Wise Watch costing Rs 2999/= online. The boxed item was received on 30 Dec 2020 at 3:35 PM and amount of Rs. 3000/= was paid in cash.
The item was unboxed only to find that the watch is not working and also not charging inspite of the charging instructions as per the you tube video at the link provided in the user manual.
No means of return online as the item was delivered by BlueDart. The contact no is also not provided. Only return address is provided as
