I had ordered a set of glass storage on December 07/2021 and paid Rs.199/- via paytm, My order number is 20410 and if check track the order on the website, its says under processing.
Till date I have not received the product nor confirmation. The email given on the website does not work and there is no contact number too. The paytm number to which the payment has been made is Listed as BEWANQ
.
I have tried calling on the above number and it is not working. I tried reaching out through the company website too and there contact address is not working there too.
I would like to have a refund of the amount paid since I longer am interested in the product. If the party is not able to send the product then the website must be taken down or blocked so that people are not conned by the website and end by ordering without receiving any product.
Please take a look into this and bring down or shut down the website as early as possible and also arrange for the refund of the amount paid. Please issue refund as early as possible.
