I have ordered a Glass storage jar with 12containers and kettle with glasses from waytenz.com on 18/02/2022. The order no was 35011. The amount deducted from my account is 498/- and the payment method was paytm. Their site is responding in the process properly. As the order process completed the thanks for buying quote also seen. But after that no response. No phone contact details found for complaints. There is an email contact attached to is “[email protected] . So help me get refund my money back by charging to waytenz or by charging paytm. How can they cheat so easily and like me how many people were in this trap. Paytm also be fined because someone is cheating through paytm.why paytm isn’t addressing this issue.
