Waytenz – Did not receive the products ordered

Hi,
I had placed order in Waytenz.com an online website on 26th Feb 2022 and did not receive the products. I tried to register a complain in their customer care email id provided in the website however, the email id doesn’t exist. My order no is 38339 and I payed Rs 564 for the products, it’s still showing that your order is processing. I had purchased two products one is fridge baskets and another one is a cup saucer set. There is no contact no in the website where we can call and complaint. Please help me in getting my order cancelled and my money refunded. I have also attached the screen shot of my order details

* Write Waytenz in company name section and write your complaint in detail
* Enter your personal information (email will not be published)
* Get refund / replacement / damages from Waytenz.
