I have purchased a shoes combo online from WHAAKY.com on 23-Feb-2013, the order number is: S80203564… Till now, there is no updates for shipment, ..I tried to call customer care number(040-66228282) , but no answer…Is it a Fake Site?
The customer care email id([email protected]) is not working, the mail which I sent was not delivered
Please help me to get my order..
If I dont hear from Whaaky in next 2days…I will log on to PORTAL FOR PUBLIC GRIEVANCES .. by Department of Administrative Reforms & Public Grievances and lodge a complaint

The same thing also happned with me I place an order on 27.02.14 vide your order no. S80213928 for shoe combo. There is still not dispatched from your end , when we are calling to you customer care number your all customer care executive are busy in helping other customers – But I never get a chance to take help of your customer care. There is standard reply of our mail from your support team whenever you write on your given ID.
Can you please confirm when you will be delivered given order ? Requesting you to provide us confirm date, don’t say like it will dispatched within 8-10 working days as we are hearing this type of respond from the day of order given…
