Dear sir,
I bought a 2 numbers powerbanks from whaaky.com at 30-08-2017 through their website by cash on delivery option, after open package the product damged then informed to the whaaky team, they replied to send the damaged product to their company.
Then I sent through a private courier on 01-09-2017, I got a received confirmation from whaaky team. So
From that date I didn’t get my refund money, they always fake date promising and ignoring.
Hence please solve my problem sir.
