I purchased a power bank and a nokia phone from whaaky.com when i received it first time it is damaged i complaint against it they told me that courier the product at our place we will replace it after do the procedure i have to wait a long time to received the product from them in between i wrote them its to long time to wait for the product after that i received the product in next two days and i found the product is again faulty.. I send it to them again and decided to take refund they told me provide your account no and details and it will take 8-10days to refund the same. The email i received in January 17 but still i dnt received my money back..!! I have all the documents copy of the bill and evry email which provide by them..
