Sir ,

Some month ago i ordered a Headphone from Whaakey Website after some days latter i got the product Duplicated and Defective condition – again i mailed to whaakey team they replied me that please send the defective product in this given address – finally i sent but still – I din’t get any call or any Mail from Whaakey service i mailed him to may times from 2-3 months but they dint pick up my call or replay my mail request .
If possible then please check my concern and understand .
