Whaaky.com – No Order Number intimation throught Mail/Mobile though payment made.

Hi,
I ordered one Wrangler jeans woth 999/- from Whaaky.com on sunday 12/01/14. But they have not given me order number and neither any confirmation on my email/mobile. The customer care is also not picking my phone. Are they fraud company?
