I have placed an order through whaaky.com on 23rd February 2014 and made the payment through my debitcard, the order id is S80203031. The product is not received yet, no response from the whaaky.com on the mail I sent as well.
Still I can see the status “PREPARING TO SHIP”, the status is there from the day one.
Please advice what should I do
