There was a deal on whaaky.com which consist of two power banks 20500mah power each and 9 other accessories along with it. Deal was of 999 rs and upon COD it was 1299rs. I received the goods which aren’t working at all and I called the customer care numerous times , nobody received the call. When I mailed them the same they agreed to return the goods but the expenses of returning the goods was to be handled by me which is almost 250-300rs. I mailed them again but nobody is responding. Plz help me to get my cash back as I am not at all satisfied from the products I received.
