The same thing also happned with me I place an order on 27.02.14 vide your order no. S80213928 for shoe combo. There is still not dispatched from your end , when we are calling to you customer care number your all customer care executive are busy in helping other customers – But I never get a chance to take help of your customer care. There is standard reply of our mail from your support team whenever you write on your given ID.
Can you please confirm when you will be delivered given order ? Requesting you to provide us confirm date, don’t say like it will dispatched within 8-10 working days as we are hearing this type of respond from the day of order given…

I had place the order On-Line at your website Whaaky.com on 1st March 2014 ( 16:07:18 ) for Black Hammer Watch & Woodland Shoes.
I already made a payment from CreditCard.

Last week Wednesday ( 13th March 2014 ) I had given phone call on your helplines number they inform me that I will get my consignment till 15th March 2014.
It’ s already completed 10Working days as per your commitment & information mentioned on your website at FAQ’s.
When I am checking my order on Track My Order it’s showing from days one that Shipment Status – PREPARING TO SHIP.
Till today I had not received any Consignment No & Courier Detail from your End.
When we are calling to your customer care number your all executive are busy in helping other customers.
Kindly look into matter.
