When I received the courier by whaaky. The product was totaly fake.now when I am calling them from many hours, they are not replying, I also mail to customer service. But they are not replying to me.please help I have all the proofs.

When I received courier from whaaky the material is less quantity and worst material .
contact so many times to customer support but not proper reply
I send back to material through First flite courier (charge Rs 250)
I have all proof of mail , courier receipt and other
