I have placed an order of S80370196(4 Koutons Formal Shirts) vide order no S80370196 on 11.03.14, but it was not delivered on time, i have requested to cancel the order many times but order not canceled by them & also dispatched the wrong product on 12.05.2014 which too late & delivered product is useless also even they are not responding on our regular reminder mails & phone calls. Please don’t come in there influence of combo packs provide by whaaky. They cheat customers.
Issue #1: whaaky took more than a month dispatch the order # S80370196(4 Koutons Formal Shirts)Issue # 2: since Shirts were unfit to wear, I requested them for replacement which never happened even after several follow ups via email. Issue # 3: Their call center Number can never be reached which I think is a bogus number to fool the customers. Now I have paid for the product which cannot be used and whaaky do not take responsibility of helping / managing its customers anytime.
