I have ordered a winter jacket from wholesale7.net and i received a poor quality product which is as bad as a mop. Then i have asked the saler to return the product then they are telling me to bare the return shipping charges which is not refundable which is also not mentioned in there return policy when i have told them that it is not mentioned in your policy then there are tell that it is not mentioned but i have to do it.
